What is L’Elmo Di Ottone? The direct translation, is “The Brass Helmet” which is our tribute the the original restaurant which was located on this spot for many years, as well as the equipment used by Italian and Greek divers who emigrated to The Bahamas in the early part of the 20th century to harvest sponge. History, respect and cultural accuracy is a founding principal of what we try to do every day.
